The heavenly call of the Holy Quran always talks about the betrayal of Zionism and the crime of Israel, the heavenly Qur’anic verse is a warning to the international community that Israel is violent beast that does not recognize any covenant.

I expressed my condolences over martyrdom of the resistant man Ismail Haniyeh, who was martyred at the hands of the traitorous Israel in the Islamic Republic of Iran, to the intellectuals, the just-minded, and the righteous; may God Almighty grant him peace and accelerate the freedom of the Holy Quds. I ask God Almighty for divine blessings for all the victims of the incident.

Ayatollah Javadi Amoli

Ismail Haniyeh, the political bureau chief of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas, and one of his bodyguards were assassinated in their residence in the Iranian capital early on Wednesday.

They were killed after their residence was hit, the public relations office of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps said in a statement.

The reasons behind the attack are under investigation and the details will be released later, the statement read.

Haniyeh was in Tehran to attend the inauguration ceremony of the new Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on Tuesday (July 30).
